Booking terms for Ilulissat Tours ApS. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and payment

All bookings are made through our WeTravel booking page or directly with our office. Full payment is required at booking unless a deposit option is offered for multi-day arrangements.

2. Cancellation policy

Less than 3 hours before departure: 100% charged. 3–24 hours: 80%. 1–7 days: 50%. More than 7 days: no charge.

3. Weather cancellations

If we cancel for weather, you receive a full refund or are rebooked to the next available window. See the Weather Policy for details.

4. Operator

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greenlandic law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Sermersooq.
