Whale Watching in Disko Bay

Experience whale watching with us, guided by local knowledge and a deep respect for nature. We sail into Disko Bay in search of whales that move through the waters around Ilulissat during the summer season, most commonly humpback whales and fin whales.

Using our local experience, we head toward the areas where whales are often seen. Some days require patience, while others reward us quickly. When whales appear, we take our time and observe them calmly as they surface, breathe, and dive. When we get close, we always reduce our speed and turn off the engine, allowing the boat to drift naturally. This creates a quiet and respectful environment, giving you a more authentic experience while minimising disturbance in the whales' feeding areas.
