We never sail when the weather isn't safe. Here's how we handle cancellations, rebookings, and refunds when the Arctic decides we're staying home.

Free weather rebooking

If we cancel a tour for weather, you're never charged. We rebook you to the next workable window, or refund you in full if your travel plans don't allow a reschedule. The decision is ours, and we make it conservatively. The fjord doesn't reward optimism.

Decision timing

We confirm whether a tour is going at least 2 hours before departure, sometimes earlier. You'll get a message at the contact email/phone we have on file. If you haven't heard from us, assume the tour is going.

Guest cancellations

Cancellations less than 3 hours before departure are charged in full. 3–24 hours: 80%. 1–7 days: 50%. More than 7 days: no charge.
