Do you offer hotel pickup?

Yes. We pick up at any hotel in central Ilulissat 15–20 minutes before tour departure. The address you provide at booking is what we'll use.

Are children welcome?

Children are welcome on most tours. For the Eqi Glacier expedition we recommend age 8+. Dogsledding has no minimum age but cold tolerance matters, contact us if you're traveling with very young kids.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes. Snacks and water are fine on every tour. We supply coffee, tea, and sandwiches where listed in the tour's 'What's included.'

What if I get seasick?

Disko Bay is usually calm in summer. The Icefjord stays sheltered. If you know you're prone to seasickness, take medication before boarding, once you're nauseous, it's too late.
