Fishing Tour in Ilulissat

Join us for a traditional fishing trip in the waters around Ilulissat, just like locals have done for generations. We head out in our small Poca 600 MK1, giving you a close and hands-on experience with the sea. This is not a show, it's real fishing.

With a maximum of 5 guests onboard, this is a personal and relaxed experience where everyone gets involved. We mainly fish for cod, which are common in the area and a great way to experience Arctic fishing in a simple and enjoyable way. No previous experience is needed, we'll guide you through it.

Out here, it's about being present, the fresh air, the movement of the water, and the feeling when you catch your first fish. You're welcome to keep your catch. Nothing goes to waste, any fish not taken will be used within our local operations, including feeding our dogs used for winter activities. This is a relaxed and authentic trip where you get to try something real, not just watch it.
